Most Little Dot Creations parcels are shipped via Royal Mail 1st class post. Suzi keeps proof of postage receipts for all orders and if you would like your order tracked, just get in touch!

Parcels are carefully packed and reinforced with thick greyboard to do our very best in getting your order out to you in pristine condition.
RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact Suzi at hello@littledotcreations.co.uk so that she can work her magic!
If you would like to return your order, don't panic! Just contact us, ship your order back to Little Dot's Studio Shop and as soon as it has arrived we will refund you. Please note that we can not refund shipping costs.
